POLICIES, FEES and DISCOUNTS

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE IF I FEEL IT WOULD BE UNSAFE TO CLIP OR BRAID YOUR HORSE.

Dirty horses will face a $50 "Dirty horse charge" to replace blades at the end of service.

Sedation- I do not carry anything to sedate horses. This is a call to be made by the owner.

Travel fees occur when a barn is located over an hour away from Milford, Ohio. The cost for travel will be discusses before the appointment. 

​

Cancellation fee a 20% cancellation fee will be charged for clipping and braiding services that are canceled 48 hours before the appointment time. 

​

Cash discounts ​​a 10% cash discount. This percentage is taken off the total bill. ​

​

Multiple horse discount a 10% discount is provided when 3+ services are completed. This percentage is taken off the total bill.
